Women deserve to understand their own bodies.

Unfortunately, many of us were never taught how. Instead, we've been told to push harder, ignore our symptoms, try another restrictive diet or simply accept feeling tired, bloated, anxious or disconnected. Somewhere along the way, we stopped trusting the very body that's been trying to communicate with us all along. At the Soft Life Sessions, I believe there's another way. Healing doesn't come from fighting your body, it comes from learning to understand it.

Hi, I'm Jacquelyn (Jack). I created the Soft Life Sessions because I know what it's like to feel disconnected from my own body and overwhelmed by the endless stream of conflicting health advice. I believe true healing begins when we stop chasing quick fixes and start listening to our bodies. Our bodies aren't working against us. They're communicating with us. That realization completely changed the way I think about my own health and it's the foundation of how I coach today.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all wellness plans. I believe in looking at the whole person. Your health is influenced by so much more than what's on your plate. It's shaped by your stress, your sleep, your relationships, your environment, your habits and the way you care for yourself each day. My role isn't to hand you another set of rules to follow. It's to help you understand your body, reconnect with yourself and create sustainable habits that support your life for the long term. Together, we'll build a personalized approach that helps you understand your body's unique patterns so you can feel energized, supported and at home in your body.

I'm a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I received comprehensive training in nutrition, root-cause wellness, gut health, hormone balance and holistic health. My goal is to provide coaching that's both evidence-informed and deeply personalized to you while rooted in compassion. Because when you understand your body, you can finally start working with it instead of against it.
